This Halloween be creative and create your own scary makeup.
For this look, makeup artist, Emily at Salon Norrell, used only Elmers glue and toilet paper.
By applying a thin layer of glue to the area and placing the toilet paper over it, you can continue to layer the paper and glue creating a "second skin" until you reach the desired effect.
Finish this up by applying foundation to blend to your skin and plenty of blood. Have fun this Halloween and experiment with DIY makeup.
