Damage Remedy

This shampoo & conditioner is AMAZING for all blondes especially during the summer because it’s going to restore the protein back into the hair that gets lost from heat styling and being out in the sun. Shampoo and condition, leaving the conditioner on for a few minutes to soften the hair.

Blue Malva

This is perfect for blondes that want to keep their highlights looking fresh like they just walked out of the salon. Chlorine and the sun strips the hair of color, exposing warmer tones.The Blue Malva Color Conditioner is a toning conditioner that moisturizes the hair while also neutralizing unwanted warm tones. Apply the conditioner after you shampoo and let sit for 5-20 minutes and rinse.

Daily Hair Repair

This is another big time favorite from the Damage Remedy line. This product is a leave-in conditioner that acts as a heat protectant while also using quinoa protein to restore the hair to a healthier state. Apply a quarter size amount to wet hair and comb through.

Dry Remedy Oil

This amazing oil is perfect for blondes,because blondes always need a finishing product that will soften the ends and make it feel silky & smooth. This product hydrates using Buriti Oil and instantly moisturizes the hair. Apply 2-4 drops to your hands and then finger comb through your hair, starting with the ends and working up.

Sun Care Protective Hair Veil

The last Product on our blondes MUST HAVE list is this magic goodness. This product is perfect for blondes that love to be in the sun. The product is water resistant and has UV protection so it can protect the hair from sun exposure and limit the amount of damage. Mist on either dry or damp hair and apply as needed.

Remember last summer when Aveda came out with a new shampoo and conditioner called Cherry Almond? Well our beauty dreams have come true and Aveda will debut a Cherry Almond lotion and body wash this April!

Did you know that the Cherry Almond aroma has been around since the early Aveda days? This latest product from a is actually a comeback kid! Fans of this fragrance kept asking to bring it back and here it is in all of our favorite forms.

So, here is the scoop! ALL of the Cherry Almond products are 97% naturally derived. They are made from a blend of cherry blossom extract and sweet almond oil. The BEST part about these products is that they are cruelty free and NEVER tested on animals. 

Now let’s get into the new product details.

The Cherry Almond Body Wash will be found on our shelves for $23. It’s formulated to cleanse and nourish your skin and is perfect for all skin types so everyone can enjoy it.

The Cherry Almond Lotion retails for $27. The texture is lightweight and fast absorbing. It’s formulated to give you all day moisture as is ideal for normal to dry skin types.

We can’t wait for these new products to come in!

Summer Beach Waves: Damage Free & Hassle Free

Are you tired of the summer humidity ruining your beautiful blowout? Does your hair need a heat styling break?
Try this fun hack that’s quick and easy, and damage free! 

Aveda Advanced Artist, Cambre, specializes in long healthy hair. She shares her favorite way to create damage free and hassle free beach waves.

Are you tired of the summer humidity ruining your beautiful blowout? Does your hair need a heat styling break?
Try this fun hack that’s quick and easy, and damage free!

 You can start by braiding damp hair (but this isn’t recommended for everyone, for some people too much moisture on the scalp for so long can cause the scalp to dry out, especially if you’re sleeping on it.) If that is the case for you, you can braid it dry, and spray the braid lightly with some water for a more defined wave. If you are doing one braid, you’ll get a soft wave. If you want a tighter wave, do 2 French braids. Make sure to loosen the bottom of your braid for more of a natural appearance.

Some of my favorite products to help with this look are ‘Aveda Phomollient Styling Foam’ and ‘Aveda Texture Tonic’ You can apply these before or after you braid your hair. I do recommend having your hair slightly damp if you are using the Phomollient.

Leave your hair braided for at least 2 hours. Once you take it out, apply ‘Aveda Light Elements Smoothing Fluid’ for a nice silky glow. If your hair is lacking moisture, apply ‘Aveda Dry Remedy Oil’ to add a beautiful healthy shine.

Now your ready for the day, and you can wear this effortless look until your next wash. Enjoy!
